PIFO Gallery focuses on the current diversified development of both abstract art and figurative art. The series of Abstract Art annual group exhibitions at PIFO Gallery is witness and platform for an interrogation of painterly abstraction. Abstract Art 12 presents a total of 28 works of ten contemporary artists, including Franz Ackermann, Tan Ping, Wang Chuan, John McLean and Kang Haitao, which explores the communalities and divergences of notions of painting by showing accomplished artists from Asia and the West, meanwhile to seeks for various possible artistic forces.
